Foiur local police officers will run 7000 kilometres in 28 days in the Reto15Q event to raise funds for investigations into the Inversion Duplication of Cromosoma 15Q Sydrome.
Tomás Martínez, Julio Cardozo, Antonio López and José Antonio Navarro joined 500 volunteers, 40 of whom are from the Murcia region, in the trials which passed through Calasparra on Saturday.
The 225k run took 22 hours and passed through Calasparra, Cehegín, Caravaca, Lorca, Totana, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla, Alcantarilla, Murcia and Santomera.
All of the participants are police officers.
