A harvest of goals secured the championship and promotion for the local football team, GH Seguridad Calasparra FC on Sunday at the Caverina.
A 5-0 victory at home to Ceuti in the final game of the season gave Calasparra the title of League Champions and automatic promotion to the Preferente League, just one season after their promotion to the Primer Autonimo.
Calasparrians turned out in force to support the local team at the Caverina and to celebrate the victory in the streets of Calasparra.
