Although the Murcia region is not expecting to suffer the highest temperatures in Spain over the next few days it will be hot!!
Please remember that working outside in high temperatures can be extremely dangerous.
Try and stay in the shade or some cool area during the hottest periods of the day, drink plenty of water, eat light meals and wear sunglasses and a hat if exposed to any sunlight.
