A group of refugees fleeing from the horrors in Ukrainer have arrived in Calasparra for an official welcome at Calasparra Town Hall.
The refugees were brought to Calasparra by the Government Delegation of the Murcia Region which has instructed Calasparra Town Hall to help the refugees apply for “residence,” which will give them an automatic right to work; apply for medical assistance; and enrol minors in local schools.
The Town Hall has committed its “complete colaboration” and has provided transport to facilitate them accessing adminstrations and regional organizations to carry out the necessary paperwork.
