Calasparra will receive a 40,00 euro grant to improve accessibility at the Casa Granero, the Rice Museum and the Tourist Office from CARM.
CARM has approved another grant of 40,000 euros to install information screens for tourists at the Sanctuary, the “Mirador” (viewing point) and the Puerto Cave.
A further grant from CARM of 10,000 euros aims to create a strategic agenda to improve the Calasparra´s possibilities of securing European Funds “Next Generation”.
Calasparra has recently failed to obtain funds for two projects submitted.
Also recently approved was a 50,000 euros grant to treat damp in El Molinico and 18,000 euros to improve signposting on footbaths.
There will also be a five million euros investment, funded by the EU, to improve the drinking water network in the Calasparra area of the Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla.
