La Frontera were magnificent last night: accomplished musicians, great rock and roll and they seemed to enjoy it as much as the audience.
Unfortunately, some of the audience did disappoint!
There were strict Covid-19 protocols to protect party goers during this fifth wave of the pandemic. Everyone was to be seated. Strictly no dancing. Audience to remain seated when the concert finished so the personnel could organize a safe, orderly exit.

While most of the audience resisted the temptation to get up and dance (which wasn´t easy) on several occasions some younger party goers danced around those seated for several minutes and had to be reminded of the protocols by staff!
At the end of the concert it was a total free for all with the majority of the audience heading for the exits in a disorderly rather than orderly manner.
The Town Hall imposes protocols and does everything in their power to protect everyone so that Calasparra can enjoy these concerts safely. Let´s hope last night´s imprudence doesn´t put a dampener on this long awaited summer concert season!
