On Sunday cyclists from Calasparra enjoyed a 32 kilometre around some of the most emblematic local beauty spots, including on mud tracks around the rice fields.
After meeting at 9am in the Plaza Emilio Perez Piñero the cyclists followed a route which took in the river Segura, the rice fields and the hills around the Sanctuary and Los Viveros.
