The number of new cases has reached a new peak as 474 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in the Murcia region in the last 24 hours bringing the total number of active cases to 7,736.
There are currently 321 patients in hospital with the virus of which 58 are in intensive care. This represents four more than yesterday hospitalized and one less in intensive care.
The number of deaths increased by two reach a total of to 196.
