As under the State of Alarm we are not allowed to go in person to the local Medical Centre in order to consult our GP we can do this electronically.
Either from your computer or your mobile enter the page “cita previa” of SMS on the webpage Murcia Salud.
Click on “cita previa” and you will be asked for the number of your medical card (tarjeta sanitaria) and your date of birth (fecha de nacimiento).
You will be offered the possibility of an appointment (cita) with your GP (medico).
Select the person for your appointment ie, your GP (médico de cabecera):
On the third screen you will be asked:
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, (¿Si tiene síntomas de Covid-19?) and
If you want your GP to call you? (¿Si quiere que su médico se llama?).Click on this option.
There is an option for a personal appointment with your GP but this is not currently
available
Another option may be a consultation via email. If this is the option you need click on “consulta telemática”. You will be asked for a “clave” (password) which will be provided by the Medical Centre.
Once you have this password you can enter this site as many times as you like.
The staff at the Medical Centre send the following message:
This system is working very well. We are really looking forward to seeing you all but we have to return to normality bit by bit. Our priority is SAFETY and we maintain this by organizing the majority of consultations by telephone or email, leaving the personal consultations for situations of absolute necessity.
