Calasparra will
mark International Book Day this week with storytelling for children, and a
special exhibition on the life and works of exiled poet, Antonio Machado.
The exhibition will be in the Casa de la Cultura this week.
Antonio Machado was exiled during the years of the dictatorship and died
in the French Alpes before being able to return safely to Spain.
This week in Calasparra there
will be other activities aimed at creating a reading culture.
