Recycling is made easy for the residents of Calasparra as the mobile “ecopark” finally begins its much anticipated tour of the local area this week.
This distinctive bright yellow mobile recycling unit can collect various waste materials including cooking oil, varnishes, paints, batteries, light bulbs, neon lighting, x-rays, mobile telephones, small electrical appliances, small items of furniture etc. Bulky items, such as cardboard, may be folded in order to take up less space.
This facility may be utilized by businesses, offices and services and individual residents alike and will spend four days in each of the different parts of Calasparra (see below for rota).
