Calasparra station was top of the agenda for the meeting between the Mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez Fernández, and the Minister of Infrastructures, Transport and Housing, Pedro Saura García, on Wednesday.
During a “very positive” meeting, according to the Mayor, matters on the agenda included the future of the railway station and the motorway link connecting Fuente de la Higuera, Jumilla, Ventya de Olivas, Calasparra, Caravaca and Andalusia.
The Mayor said thaqt the Minister had demonstrated his commitment to the Murcia region, NW Murcia and Calasparra during the meeting.
