Residents of Calasparra reported feeling the earth tremble at 8.16pm on Friday when an earthquake of 3.8 on the Richter scale and with the epicentre in Pliego, was followed by another in Albudiete of 3.2 on the Richter scale.
According to the National Geographic Association the quakes were felt all over the region.
