A delegation from Usak, one of the most developed towns in Turkey, visited Calasparra last Friday to see the workings and the technology of the thermo solar plant, Puerto Errado 2.
The delegation was led by the Mayor of Usak and consisted of various technicians.
They were received by the Head of the Department of Environment, Ricardo Garcia, the Head of Culture and Education, Teresa García, and technician at the Town Hall, Lourdes Alcaraz Jiménez.
The aim of the visit was to study the thermo solar plant in Calasparra with a view to building a solar energy plant to treat waste water and sewerage in Usak.
