CLEAR SKIES FOR NATURAL FIREWORKS TOMORROW MORNING

Showers of Orionids, the remains of the Halley Comet colliding with the earth´s atmosphere, will be clearly visible in the sky between four and five tomorrow (Saturday) morning.
According to experts the clear skies will sparkle with “jets of gold:” a shower of Orionids, which began its activity on October 2, is expected to continue until the first week of November.
Tomorrow morning, between four and five am, say experts, the spectacle will be at its maximum due to the new moon.
These peculiar stars are the remains left by comets, and in the case of Halley, they orbit the sun every 76 years.
The activity, which starts from the planet Orion, thus the name, is expected to produce 23 meteors an hour, travelling at 66 kilometers a second.
Star gazers will need to be patient and vigilant in order to enjoy the show. The brightest star, Siruis, is just below and to the left of Orion. Looking in this direction should give the best view.
There is no need for telescopes or any other instrument other than your eyes to enjoy the show which may include balls of fire leaving trails of light.
