Juan José Rubio Navarro was sworn in as the new councillor for the PSOE in Calasparra, at a special meeting of the Full Town Hall Council, following the resignation of Antonio José Moreno Gil.
Also sworn in as a councillor was Miguel Martínez Alcázar, representing the PP.
