A reader, who had her purse stolen from the counter of the Todo Shop next to Mercadona recently, advises how she went about replacing her residencia card.
She visited the Yecla Centre and was advised she would need a “denunica” report in order to obtain a replacement.
She continues:
When you get there we had to go to a Photocopy shop for a Form – DESCARGA DE IMPRESO DE TASA 790, CODIGO 012 and here is the website to download before going:

You will need 3 copies, a passport sized photo and FORM EX15 – again can be downloaded from here:

Total cost was 10.60 euros, but of course may vary depending on circumstance.
You keep the same NIE Number as before.
