When Antonio Fernández, resident of Moratalla, was lucky enough to win 6,000€ to “shop against the clock” he decided to spend some of his winnings in Calasparra.
The retired waiter had to spend his winnings between 10.30am and 1,30pm, or lose the money, and could not spend more than 300€ in each shop.
The fortunate shops in Calasparra were Joyería Martínez, Deportes Mingo, Covirán, Expert, Marvimundo, Mercali and Actyplus.
The prize draw, Compra-Reloj 2016, was held in Murcia and was organised as part of the Support for Competition Between Small Business 2016, funded by the European Fund for Regional Development.
