The local Department of Equality is offering every woman in Calasparra the chance to learn how to defend themselves with the Masterclass «I Know How To Defend Myself» (Se Defenderme Sola).
This class is open to all females over the age of 13 years and aims to provide techniques and measures which provide the best way to escape from aggressive situations.
The class will be held in the Municipal Sports Pavillion on Saturday March 3 between 10am and 12 midday.
Participation is free of charge.
