The General Urban Ordenance Plan was passed unanimously at the full Town Hall on Thursday.
The plan will now pass into a period of public consultation for four months. It will be exhibited on the municipal webpage although as yet it is not available.
Members of the public will be able to comment and make suggestions which could become part of the Plan. The revised versión of the Plan will then be definitively approved by the Town Hall Committee.
