According to the statistics released by the regional Health Authority today there were three cases of Covid-19 diagnosed in Calasparra in the last three days.
The regional statistics for yesterday have been released but may be artificially low due to the decrease in PCR testing over the weekend.
There were 259 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the region on Friday and, sadly, a 78 year old man died of the virus.
On Saturday 148 cases of the virus were diagnosed but there were no deaths registered.
