On Saturday the Government published the second emergency decree introduced to alleviate the effects and protects citizens from the effects of the Iran war.
The decree affects the rental sector and freezes the contracts at the point of expiry.
Annual rent increases are fixed at two percent.
There will be an extraordinary extension of rental contracts for habitual residences under the same terms and conditions, that is to say no rise in prices and the same conditions are maintained for two years.
These measures are subject to the approval of Congress.
