This weekend Dogs Rescue Calasparra responded to a message reporting that a puppy had been run over and thrown into the roadside.
They are appealing for donations to cover medical costs.

The little one, now called Domingo, was immediately rescued by Dogs Rescue volunteers and treated by an emergency vet. After an X-ray she was given painkillers.
Domingo has a spine fracture, light pneumothorax, a loss of feeling in her back legs and incontinence.
It will be 24 hours before a clear prognosis can be given for Domingo while her medical bills are mounting.
