Two days after announcing that a Covid certificate would be required by all bars, restaurants etc the Regional Government has done a massive U-turn.
The regional Department of Health has “clarified” that the Covid certificate is only obligatory for nocturnal venues and will be “voluntary” in all bars, restaurants etc. pending the decision of the Superior Tribunal of Justice.
The term “voluntary” refers to the capacity of bars and restaurants to require the Covid Certificate if they want to do so.
