The famous Calasparra Rice is one of the Foods From Spain featured on the webpage of the Spanish Institute of External Commerce (Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior ICEX) in the section, Salón Internacional del Club de Gourmets.
The webpage, which is in English, aims to promote Spanish agricultural products outside Spain and includes information on importers, cooks and chefs, distributors and cooking schools. Calasparra rice is one of the 150 products featured.
The website was officially presented in New York by the Minister of Industry, Tourism and Commerce on March 23.
