Local artists took advantage of the spring like weather on Saturday to gather in the Plaza de la Corredera and display their talents.
Anyone could have mistaken the main square in Calasparra at the weekend for a sunny day on the South Bank as members of the local artistic society, paying tribute to one of their members, the late J. Crillas who died tragically young, took the opportunity to demonstrate how they work.
Crowds of excited children also took the opportunity to paint, draw and experiment with the different disciplines during the morning.
