The new international airport in Murcia, officially open from January 15, will serve nine different destinations in the UK, two in Belguim and one in Ireland.
The airlines flying from January 15 will be Ryanair, Easyjet and TUIfly.
Ryanair will be flying to London Standstead, London Luton, Manchester, East Midlands, Birmingham, Leeds-Bradford and Dublin.
Easyjet will fly to London Gatwick, London Southend and Bristol.
TUUIfly will fly to Brussels Charleroi and Amberes.
There will be some 40 flights weekly with more than 5,000 seats available however, London, will have the most flights with a total of four weekly.
The airport expects an expansion of both European and domestic flights later in 2019.
