MURCIA REVOKES UNPAID STATE OF ALARM FINES

The Government Delegation of Murcia has revoked 1,800 unpaid fines imposed for breaching restrictions during the State of Alarm imposed at the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic.
This move follows the decision by the Constitutional Tribunal last July ruling that the State of Alarm “did not have any effect” and applies to all sanctions that remain “open” ie. unpaid.
