La Tasca de Noah has won the prize for the Best Restaurant for Traditional Cuisine in the Murcia region.
This prize, in the hands of the general public, was received yesterday in an official ceremony by the Chef Juan Párraga and Fulgencia Sola, of the Tasca in Calasparra.
The award recognises the dedication, respect for tradition and commitment to quality of the winning restaurantt
Last night, at a special gala, the traditional «Gold Saucepans,» symbols of this award, were presented to the owners of the Tasca.
The awards are sponsored by La Verdad regional newpaper.
