Do you need to prove that you have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or simply want the security of having a certificate which confirms you have been vaccinated?
There are different procedures for different regions but, according to the N332 webpage, you can print the vaccine certificate application for the Murcia region at: «https://dexel.carm.es/…/1957/Solicitud_datos_vacunales.pdf»
According to N332, you need to fill out the form shown with this article and take it to Calasparra Town Hall. Ask at reception if they will deal with it or if you ned to go to another department.
At the end of the application you can indicate if you want to receive your certificate via either Email, Fax, or Correos (post).
