If you do and the plot is less than one hectare (10,000) square metres, as previously published on this webpage, you no longer need to pay for a technical report or get a licence to burn on your land.
You do need to notify the authorities of your intention to have a fire on your land.
The simplest way to do this is to go to the «Ventana Unica» in the SEF office and apply in person. It is possible to apply online but it is quite complicated and if your Spanish is not fluent you may not be able to understand the steps you must take.
Below is the link where you will be able to download the documents you need to apply in person or apply online.
Go to «Solicitud Prescencial» and download the document and the annex and fill them in with your personal details and the details of your land.
If you can´t fill them in take them to the «Ventana Unica» and take all the documents showing your land references and size etc and see if they can help you fill it in.
