Calasparra was officially twinned with Donzdorf, last week when the Mayor of Calasparra, Jesús Navarro and the President of the Twinning Committee, Pilar García Vergara, travelled to German to sign the agreement with the twinning committee of the town, Europabaum.
The link between the two towns has been sponsored by Riorges, France, which has been twinned with Calasparra for 10 years.
