The first ever boxing event, the Ist Calasparra Boxing Cup, will be held in the Plaza de Toros (infront of the Chapel of Rest) on Sunday August 20.
At a presentation at Calasparra Town Hall the President of the regional Boxing Federation said the event boasted a «luxury line-up» of professionals from the Region of Murcia, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalucía. competing in Juniot to Elite and including heavyweight.
