Good news for Calasparra is that the Sendero de Bayo (Bayo footpath) has been recognised as a «Sendero Azul 2025» (Blue Footpath) by the Association of Environmental Education and the Consumer (ADEAC).
This prestigious award underlines Calasparra´s commitment to conservation, environmental education and sustainable enjoyment of nature.
The Bayo footpath joins 154 «Senderos Azules» in Spain, as part of a network of more than 1,000 kilometres.
The award ceremoney will be on March 26 this year.
