Bar Centro’s Cripsy Cone filled with prawns won the public jury vote in the fourth edition of the Ruta de Tapas.
The latest edition of the Ruta de Tapas was run over five weekends, ending last weekend, during which participating bars served some 20,000 tapas.
The Restaurant-Hotel Constitución, won the expert Jury vote for its Toast with Foie and Pineapple.
“The fourth Ruta de Tapa and Cocktail has exceeded all our expectations, said the Head of the local Department of Consumer Affairs and Commerce, Dolores Gomariz at the official prize giving. “Some 20,000 tapas were served over five weekends and without doubt the selected dates and the fine weather have contributed to its success.
Both winning tapas now form part of the restaurant´s standard menu.
