Calasparra Town Hall has just published its Housing Plan 2018, which includes a 40% grant towards rent for certain groups; assistance for people at risk of repossession; improvement grants for access and energy efficiency; and promotion of housing for the elderly and disabled.
The package includes 14,018,758 euros from the Ministry of Promotion and 3,230,758 from CARM.
Measures include 40% towards monthly rent for 0ver 65 years and under 35 years.
Assistance for over 65´s facing repossession and in a position of vulnerability.
Grants to renovate, improve accessibility and improve energy efficiency for urban and rural properties.
An increase in the quantity of housing for rent or end of use, through mthe construction of new housing, the renovation of old properties and finishing half completed buildings. Aimed at the elderly and disabled.
