Three residents of Calasparra and Cehegin have been arrested by municipal police for their alleged involvement in the theft of public lighting cables in Torrecilla.
At 6am last Wednesday various residents of Torrecilla reported a suspicious white van with three individuals inside wearing balaclavas.
The municipal police attended the scene and, after speaking to residents, managed to localize the three suspects and impound the van.
The detainees have been placed at the disposition of magistrates.
