Next Saturday the environmental association, ANSE, is organizing a marathon in biodiversity, «Bioblitz», around the Segura River in Calasparra, to make an inventory of all the flora and fauna.
This event is open to the public by simply filling in and sending the form at the website noted below.
This activity of «citizen science» forms part of the Fluviatilis Project, and consists of volunteers ciollecting samples of all the different plant and animal life around the river.

On Saturday this activity will take place around the rivers Segura and Moratalla near the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Hope.
A visit to the four acre farm cultivated by ANSE is included in the activity.
If you are interested in taking part the event will be from at 9.30am to 1pm.
