The Association, Conquering Steps, (Conquistando Escalones) is celebrating its first anniversary this Friday with an information stall at the market and a special concert by a Hombres G tribute band.
Conquering Steps is an association founded by those affected by Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy 1F (LGMD-1F) and their families to raise funds for its treatment and cure.
On Friday at 11pm the tribute band, ”Suéltate el pelo” (Let Your Hair Down) will give a concert in the Municipal Auditorium in aid of the Association and AIDS.
Tickets are on sale at 10€ in Valentín: Café-Bar Matavinos; and in Calasparra: El Hospicio Gran Taberna.
