This year´s “Nazareno de Oro” was presented by the Town Hall to Felipe García García, for his dedication to the Easter week celebrations.
The recipient has been involved in the celebrations since the 1970’s and he is one of the founder members of the Samaratina brotherhood.
The Mayor of Calasparra also emphasised his contribution in ensuring that the Easter Week in Calasparra was declared of Regional Interest to Tourists.
