Every year the Club Alpino of Calasparra organizes a 20k walking route up and across the Sierra del Molino in memory of one of the club´s members, Pepe Chiplin.
If you are fit the climb up the Molino is cetainly worth the effort as the views are spectacular and, as it is high and pretty remote, there is also a good chance of seeing wildlife.
The walk is orgaised for March 13 and insc riptions are currently open at the Club Alpino website.
