Following a month´s stay in St Peter´s Cjhurch in Calasparra the statue of Our Lady of Hope returned to the Sanctuary in an early morning pilgrimage.
As is traditional, the pilgrimage began at 8am, after the early morning mass. Hundreds of people joined the procession across the hills back to the Sanctuary.
From July the monthly artisans markets at the Sanctuary will resume on the second Sunday in every month.
