Although temperatures will be pleasantly warm during the day on Saturday by the evening it will be 10 degrees colder heralding a second bout of winter weather for this area of the Murcia region, according to the Met Office.
Winds of up to 110 kph, snow on the higher peaks and wintry showers on Saturday night and Sunday through until at least Wednesday are the official forecast.
The weather is a result of a mass of cold air which is crossing the peninsular.
There are yellow and orange weather warnings in force in this rarea of the region for gusts of up to 110 kph.
