The streets of Calasparra rang with music and the laughter of the town´s children all dressed up for the fancy dress parade.
The children sported the costues of their favourite characteres from comics in the “Fantasia” street parade.
Also on parade were their grandparents and the OAPs dressed in traditional costumes and accompanied by the Rondalla OAPs music and dance group.
Third up, were the protagonists of the International Folklore Festival later in Cine Rosales, the group Talaka from Bielorrusia.
After the parade Talaka starred in the 17th edition of the International Folklore Festival delighting the crowds with exquisite dances and jotas in splendid, colourful costumes.
