The Headmaster of the local High School Emilio Pérez Piñero, Alonso Salinas announced that 32 of the 35 students who took the university entrance had passed and added: “I am only sorry everyone couldn´t pass.”
Talking to Radio Calasparra he confirmed that a “good number” of pupils had “very good marks, some more than 9 out of 10.”
Six students who achieved marks of 8.75 or more are eligible for the Baccalaureate Extraordinary Prizes at regional level. They will take a further exam on July 3.
