The local Chamber of Commerce promises surprises and fun at the traditional annual Medieval Dinner in the Cine Rosales on June 8.
The event forms part of the annual commemorative fiestas marking the anniversary of the donation of the town of Calasparra to the Order of St John of Jersusalem during the Arab occupation of Spain.
All participants should wear medieval dress which can be bought or hired locally or alternatively wear something black in a style compatible with the era being recreated.
The tickets will be available next week at a cost of 23€ per person and the food will be prepared by the staff of the Sanctuary Restaurant.
