Unemployment has dropped for the second month running in Calasparra thanks to Easter Week and seasonal work at the local canning and preserve plants.
In March unemployment fell by 157 and in April by 105: in April there were 1,096 registered unemployed people compared to 1,201 in March. The service and agricultural ndustries have registered the biggest decrease.
