The next course of breathing and relaxation sessions will commence on Tuesday 08 February 2011 at 6.30 pm. The sessions run for one hour over a 4-week period and the cost is just 15 euros for the 4 weeks.
The aim of the course is to show you how to breathe in a way that will optimise the benefits to your body. Through this you will start to learn how to use your breathing to relax your body and mind in stressful situations or to help re-adjust bad sleeping patterns. After the 4-week course, further courses will show you exercises for relaxation through breathing, visualisation and with an option to try meditation too.
