Prices at the pumps have registered the ninth consecutive fall in prices and are currently at their lowest level of the year.
This week petrol fell by 0.3% to an average of 1,378 euros a litre and diesel fell by o.2% to an average of 1,335 euros a litre.
Prices are also 0.7% cheaper than the same week last year and 1.9% cheaper since January this year.
