Now the sun has finally returned to Calasparra we can enjoy the beautiful autumn colours on the mountain slopes and then warm up with a steaming hot vegetable stew or soup using organic fresh vegetables from the ecological vegetable stall on Friday’s market.
This week the stall offers the best, the freshest and the cheapest produce on the market and will have carrots, beetroot, green peppers and chilies, Swiss chard, pumpkin, celery, green beans, spinach and broccoli.
The stall is outside the Sangui supermarket on the corner and opens at about 9am.
